Quality from start to finish

Since 1936, a very successful network has been established and so today we are proud of our partners who supply us with high-quality, selected raw materials.
At Rema Premium Timber, we rely on multi-level quality assurance in the production of all products, combined with further development in digitalization and modern machinery.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PLATES

Quality Assurance

The raw material is carefully dried and, after separation, sorted into precise quality levels.

The Rema solid wood panels are made from Nordic softwood with great care. We deliberately use raw material from the far north, because due to the slow growth, the wood is particularly fine-year-old and has small branches. Visual sorting of the slats makes the difference and makes our plates even more special.

Quality assurance of profiled timber

REMA 4-QS

That sets us apart from the competition — our four levels:
1. selected & pre-sorted raw materials
2. Sorting before a planer
3. Sort by planer
4. Repairing wood defects

We only use high-quality wood and attach great importance to consistently high quality. Rema sorts according to the VEH (Association of the European Planing Industry) quality guidelines and is regularly reviewed by Holzforschung Austria.

New standards for coatings

Rema woodPROTECT

A certified process ensures maximum product safety:
We spent many months in the laboratory and are now able to put our quality advantage on paper for the first time. Rema Premium Timber is the first company to be tested and certified by an independent institute. This gives us a unique selling point and you, as a customer, have the highest level of product safety.

Thanks to our 30 years of experience with coated wooden facades, we are also certain that a uniform and permanently trouble-free appearance is possible.
