the production from sawn timber...
... selecting
We only use timber of the highest quality for our boards, sound and fine-grained, especially from the far North. After the timber is received it is again sorted according to the strictest criteria. Then it is dried until it attains the precise moisture content required for its final application.

... drying
We have invested extensively in our capacity for drying in order to provide our partners with a fast and flexible supply. Here we distinguish ourselves from the competition - we take time for our product
... cutting
The dried timber is cut into laths with a gang saw or circular saw. Even though the sawn timber was pre-sorted, each individual lath is again checked and allocated to one of 5 quality categories in order to guarantee a consistently high quality without mavericks.
... grading and pressing
The individual laths are now glued into a board in width and thickness during a single process. We use glues of highest quality in order to exceed the glued quality specified by Austrian standard AW-100. With our gluing process we also remain well below the strict emission limits specified by Austrian standard Class E1.
... inspecting
The glued boards are subjected to a detailed inspection, small defects are carefully repaired.
... cutting to size
Then the boards are cut precisely to square and size.
Cutting to standard dimensions and to customer requirement is possible. Then the boards are sanded and carefully packed in foil to protect them against moisture during transport.

... delivering
Our task is completed only at the location of our partner, the customer.
